In these times, I try to relate to my previous work, with was concerned with the boxes society places us into as well as the ones we put ourselves in, and I am now exploring the box of my body instead my house. I enjoy walking and the staircase is the longest walkway in my house and I have ended up spending a lot of time walking and dance up and down it. It deserved to be recognized as a place that wouldn’t normally be seen, just like this part of the box of myself that I am exposing and exploring. I also relate to the physical connection we look for in times like these and how we can replace it and cope with the loss of it.
